Amphorae Salamanazar 2008 Napa Valley College Estate Cabernet This amphora contains 12 liters of our inagural release of our 2008 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon made by the students of Napa Valley College. This wine was made under the direction of the college's Winemaker, Bryan Avila and the amphora was thrown by Ceramics Guru Rhue Bruggeman of our own Ceramics department.  |

This Weeks Feature
Light gold in color, our Chardonnay possesses fruit aromas of honeysuckle, pear, orange peel, nectarines and apple followed by layers of vanilla, butterscotch and coconut. Our Estate Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in new American oak barrels using two types of yeast. The aromatic portion was aged in stainless to preserve the freshness of the varietal aromas.
